As we head into the last few weeks of the year for most this is a time for reflection and slowing down for the holiday season. When the New Year comes there will be a jolt into action, frantic activity and last minute creation of plans for the year ahead.

Instead of waiting to start that healthy eating routine after Christmas why not start it now? By the end of the month, you will have established a new routine and also be less inclined to want to undo all your efforts by blindly overindulging. In mid-January when the majority have forgotten their intentions you are forging ahead almost completing your second month.
Doing things in a different way to everybody else will set you apart. The people who are successful have routines that are unique.
