The chances are that if you are reading this voicing your opinions will not cost you your life and yet we do not allow ourselves the right to state the truths we are feeling.
We police our true feelings and justify our restrictions by calling them 'polite', 'professional' or 'inappropriate' but what is right about living a lie?
By continuing to suppress our honesty we deny ourselves the opportunity to experience living as we truly are. Instead we exist suppressed and repressed by what we imagine the external world requires of us, not wholly believing what they say because you think they are also hiding the truth.
The truth - your truth - offers tremendous freedom. Others may initially baulk at your candour simply because they are not familiar with the energy of truth and it can often feel like smashing through glass with a hammer. Yet the clarity that remains is so empowering for all that they cannot help to be inspired.
You can handle the truth!
